Abstract

THE large surplus of grain stored in North America has drawn attention to the world wheat market and Australian producers have been faced with the prospect of a much larger carryover.

For many years now Australian wheat has been in demand on the world market and has enjoyed a good reputation for dryness, colour and high milling yield.
