Yield and cooking quality tests are a regular feature of the Department's potato research.
The yield trials are grown on the Manjimup Research Station, and tests of boiling, chip making and crisp making qualities are undertaken at Medina Vegetable Research Station under the supervision of vegetable adviser, D. C. Hosking.
