Abstract

The purpose of this booklet is to enable growers to update their knowledge of wheat quality. Wheat yield and quality from many farms is below the level that makes wheat growing profitable. I am sure that with assistance from this guide, and the many people involved with Operation Quality Wheat, more farmers can improve the yields of their wheat crops, achieve good quality and improve profitability.
